Our custom micro charts page allows you to view up to eight "micro-charts"
of your choice at once. After the micro-charts have loaded, you can
click on any individual image to view a full sized, detailed chart.
To create a custom micro charts page, enter in the desired symbols
or expressions in the fields provided below. Then select the Period,
Style and Density, and click 'Get Charts'. Go
here to view a complete list of symbols that FutureSource.com carries.
Valid symbol formats include:
- the full contract or instrument name including the commodity symbol,
month, and year (SP M6).
- the root symbol (SP,DJ,C,W, etc.) with a Period of Daily, Weekly,
or Monthly to display a historical chart.
- the nearby contract (the futures delivery month with the soonest
delivery date, or the option delivery month with the soonest expiration
date). For the nearby contract, enter the commodity code and the
string (a space in front) " 1!" (sp 1!, c 1!, DJ 1!, etc.).
- Likewise, forward designated contracts may be entered using " 2!"
(2 months forward), " 3!" (3 months forward), etc.
- a mathematical expression, using one or more contracts, numerical
constants, and simple mathematical operators (+ - * /).
Examples:
- =('NG 1!' + 'NG 2!' + 'NG 3!') / 3
- ='W 1!' - 'C 1!'
- ='ES' / 'SPY' * 100
